Gaming phones are back on top in AnTuTu’s June 2026 flagship performance rankings, and the latest results show just how intense the race for Android performance has become.
The newest AnTuTu flagship chart is led by the iQOO 15 Ultra, which delivered an impressive average score of 4,142,923 points. That result puts it ahead of the RedMagic 11S Pro+, a surprising outcome considering RedMagic’s device uses the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Leading Version.
The RedMagic 11S Pro+ still performed extremely well, taking second place with an average score of 4,101,393 points. Both phones are built with serious performance in mind, featuring gaming-focused hardware, aggressive thermal management, and active cooling systems designed to keep temperatures under control during demanding workloads.
This latest ranking once again highlights how gaming smartphones continue to outperform most standard flagship phones in benchmark tests. Their combination of advanced cooling, tuned performance modes, and high-end chipsets gives them a clear advantage when it comes to sustained power.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 dominated the June 2026 flagship list, powering nearly every device in the top rankings. Another notable detail is the absence of phones using the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. None of them appeared in the latest flagship performance chart. This may be because the non-Elite version performs closer to the previous-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite, making it less competitive against the newest top-tier devices.
