GameSir is expanding its lineup of high-performance PC controllers with a new special-edition release: the GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Champion Edition. This model is designed to celebrate XiaoHai, a world fighting game champion and GameSir brand ambassador, and it arrives shortly after another themed 8K controller announcement from the company.
At its core, the G7 Pro 8K PC Champion Edition is a cosmetic variant of the G7 Pro 8K PC Aimlabs Edition introduced earlier in 2026, meaning you’re getting the same feature set with a fresh premium look. The controller leans hard into a black-and-gold theme, led by a gold faceplate. It also includes a D-pad marked with the Esports World Cup (EWC) icon, adding to the competitive inspiration behind the design.
GameSir added several details for fans of the champion it’s honoring. XiaoHai’s signature is inscribed on the right grip, while the left grip features the phrase “Prove myself” in bold block lettering. The included charging dock continues the theme with gold styling and trophy icons representing the 2024 and 2025 EWC wins, making the bundle feel more like a collector-style package than a standard controller drop.
Performance is still the main selling point. The standout feature is the 8,000Hz polling rate, aimed at reducing input latency for competitive play. Notably, this high polling rate works in both wired mode and 2.4GHz wireless mode, giving PC gamers flexibility without giving up responsiveness.
The controller also includes GameSir’s second-generation Mag-Res TMR sticks, designed for precision and durability.
