GameHub for Mac is finally here, giving macOS users a new way to play Windows PC games on their Macs through a beta release. After first announcing its plans to expand beyond Android, GameSir has now opened early access so Mac owners can try the app, test performance, and share feedback before the official launch.
Originally built to emulate and run Windows games on Android devices, GameHub is designed to bring a familiar PC gaming workflow to other platforms. On macOS, the beta is focused on making it easy to jump into your existing library: you can sign in to your Steam account, view your game collection, install titles, and start playing directly from the app.
One of the key promises of GameHub for Mac is deep Steam integration. Along with syncing your Steam library, the app is expected to carry over useful account details such as account value, tracked playtime, and cloud saves, helping you pick up where you left off across devices.
A video shared alongside the beta announcement also suggests Epic Games Store support may be included, which would be a notable addition because that feature isn’t available in the Android version of GameHub. If it rolls out broadly, it could make the Mac beta more appealing to players with large libraries split between Steam and Epic.
Beyond store access, GameHub for Mac includes several practical features aimed at smoother day-to-day use. It supports multiple Steam accounts, offers personalized compatibility profiles to help tailor game performance and stability, and allows users to import local games already stored on the system.
Because this is a beta, GameSir is positioning the release as a way to gather real-world feedback and refine the experience. The timeline for a stable, full public version will depend on what testers report and how development progresses.
