Casio has unveiled a captivating trio of G-Shock x To Be Hero X watches in China, generating buzz through social media. These timepieces are set to be limited edition and exclusive to the Chinese market.
The collection begins with the G-Shock GA-110HDS-7APRT, inspired by the Hidden Glow Vol. 2 model. The watch strap showcases the anime series premiere date, 202504060830, in a striking blue to match its blue and white design. This hybrid watch boasts features like a phosphorescent dial, world time, and a 1/1000-second stopwatch, priced at approximately CNY 1,090 ($152).
Next, the G-Shock GA-2100AS-5APRT draws inspiration from Lucky Cyan, characterized by a unique blue-green pattern on a beige strap. With a bio-resin octagonal bezel and the brand’s Carbon Core Guard structure, it includes functions such as world time and a double LED backlight. Retailing at around CNY 990 ($138), it’s a fusion of style and durability.
The third offering, the GA-2100-1APRT, takes cues from Lin Ling, known as The Commoner. It features a sleek black design with gold accents on the strap. This digital-analog model includes world time, five daily alarms, and a 1/100-second stopwatch, making it the most affordable at CNY 890 ($124).
Each watch will arrive in custom packaging and is set for release in China this August. While international availability remains uncertain, the original models can be found through the Casio store.
