Epic Games Store is refreshing its free game giveaways with a brand-new pair of titles for PC players. As the February 2026 promotions roll on, this week’s free offers replace the previous lineup, giving Windows users two new options to add to their libraries at no cost.
Before the switch, the final chance to grab the prior freebies is coming up fast. Nobody Wants to Die and The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark are available to claim only until 16:00 UTC today. After that deadline, they rotate out and the new giveaways take over.
This week, Epic’s free game program focuses on Windows-playable releases again. The two new freebies are Return to Ash and the Stalcraft: X Starter Edition.
Return to Ash is the only traditionally “paid” game in this week’s bundle, normally priced at $5.99. During the giveaway window, you can claim it for free and keep it in your Epic Games library permanently, as long as you add it before the offer ends.
Meanwhile, Stalcraft: X Starter Edition isn’t a paid standalone game in the same way. Instead, it’s a starter pack style giveaway that unlocks a sizeable set of in-game items designed to help new or returning players jump in with gear, resources, and a short Premium boost.
