DJI Neo: The Affordable FPV Drone Set to Launch with Updated DJI Goggles N3

DJI is on the verge of unveiling a refreshed version of its recently launched Neo drone, sparking excitement with the promise of new FPV goggles, the DJI Goggles N3. Released earlier this month, the Neo has already made waves in the drone community, but it appears DJI has more in store.

Just this past September, the compact 135g Neo drone hit the market, priced currently at $199. It was launched alongside the RC-N3 remote controller, but the anticipated FPV goggles were notably absent from the initial release. The Neo is presently marketed as compatible with the Goggles 3 and accessories designed for the Avata 2.

However, drone enthusiasts have reason to rejoice. According to reliable leaker Jasper Ellens, DJI is poised to release the much-speculated FPV goggles under the name DJI Goggles N3. Ellens hints that these will be part of an exciting ‘Motion 3’ combo pack, potentially including the Neo and the new goggles at a more accessible price point.

While details remain sparse, with only one promotional image circulating, anticipation is building. Ellens suggests that October could bring more information and visuals of the Goggles N3, indicating that some retailers might already have the Neo paired with these cost-effective FPV goggles in their listings.

Meanwhile, DJI continues to innovate, with the upcoming release of the Osmo Action 5 Pro. Stay tuned for more updates as the drone landscape evolves with these exciting new offerings from DJI.
