Cuktech has expanded its charging lineup in China with the new Cuktech 6 mini, a compact fast charger designed for people who want high wattage without carrying a bulky power brick. The company highlights its high power density, claiming the adapter is about 50% smaller than other chargers that offer a similar power output, making it a strong option for commuting, travel, and everyday bag carry.
Despite its small size, the Cuktech 6 mini is rated for up to 90W maximum output. In Cuktech’s own charging examples, that’s enough to push a Xiaomi 17 from 0% to 70% in around 30 minutes when paired with compatible fast charging. The charger supports a wide range of popular charging standards, including PD, PPS, FCP, and SCP, which helps it play nicely with different brands and categories of devices—from smartphones and tablets to certain laptops and gaming handhelds.
That said, laptop charging comes with an important detail. While the charger’s top output is listed as 90W, the promotional information points to a 65W cap for laptop charging scenarios. Cuktech suggests this is still enough for solid real-world performance, stating it can charge a MacBook Air M3 from 0% to 53% in about 30 minutes. For many thin-and-light laptops, 65W is a practical sweet spot, though power-hungry machines may charge more slowly or maintain battery level under heavier loads.
One of the headline features is the 3-port layout, which makes it easier to charge multiple gadgets at the same time. You get:
– Two USB-C ports, each capable of delivering up to 90W (depending on how power is allocated when multiple devices are connected)
– One USB-A port with up to 22.5W output for accessories, older devices, or secondary charging
There’s no built-in screen for wattage readouts, but the Cuktech 6 mini focuses on the essentials: portability and safety. It includes multiple protection features to help guard against common charging risks, and the foldable prongs make it more travel-friendly and less likely to snag in a bag.
In China, the Cuktech 6 mini launched at CNY 109, which is roughly $15. Given Cuktech’s history of releasing products beyond its home market, there’s a good chance this compact 90W, 3-port charger could see a wider international rollout in the near future.
