Citizen has expanded its popular Tsuyosa lineup with a new 37 mm automatic model that brings a major movement upgrade to a smaller, more wearable case size. The Citizen Tsuyosa 60 37 mm NK0030-51E is now listed at $595 in the US and £399 in the UK, positioning it slightly above some recent special-edition Tsuyosa models despite being part of the regular collection.
The biggest reason for the higher price is the movement inside. This new 37 mm Tsuyosa 60 uses Citizen’s Caliber 8310 automatic movement, which offers an approximate 60-hour power reserve. That is a meaningful improvement over the Caliber 8210, which provides around 42 hours of reserve.
In everyday use, the difference matters. A 60-hour automatic movement gives the watch enough staying power to be taken off on Friday evening and picked up again on Monday without needing to be reset. For anyone who rotates between multiple watches, that added reserve makes the Tsuyosa 60 more practical and convenient.
