Casio’s popular G-Shock GA-2100 lineup is about to get a rugged new look, and shoppers don’t have to wait for an official announcement to see what’s coming. Two new camouflaged GA-2100 models—the G-Shock GA2100CM-5A and GA-2100CM-8A—have appeared for sale at Zumiez ahead of Casio’s expected February 2025 launch, giving fans an early look at the designs, features, and pricing.
Both watches lean heavily into a military-inspired camouflage theme, but each takes a different approach. The GA2100CM-5A goes for a more natural, outdoorsy camo style, pairing a beige resin base with matching hands for a cohesive, earthy look. The GA-2100CM-8A, on the other hand, brings a bolder contrast with a black-and-red camo pattern, a dark grey resin base, and crisp white hands that help the dial details stand out.
Like other GA-2100 “CasiOak” style models, these watches combine analog and digital timekeeping in a tough, lightweight package. They feature resin cases built around G-Shock’s shock-resistant construction, designed to handle everyday knocks and rough conditions. On the black dial, you’ll find lume-coated hour and minute hands for low-light visibility, hour markers, a day subdial, and a small digital display that shows key readouts such as hour, minute, second, PM indicator, month, and date.
Functionality is also in line with what G-Shock fans expect from the GA-2100 series. The feature set includes world time covering 29 time zones, five daily alarms, a countdown timer that runs up to 24 hours, an LED light for visibility in the dark, and a full auto-calendar that’s set all the way through 2099—meaning you can wear it for years without constantly adjusting dates.
The early retailer listing also reveals the asking price: $145 for either model. Casio hasn’t officially confirmed pricing or broader availability yet, but these watches are expected to roll out more widely in February 2025 through Casio and additional retailers.
For anyone who likes the GA-2100’s slim profile but wants a more tactical, camouflage-inspired design, these two new G-Shock releases look like they’ll be an easy fit—especially with full specs already out in the open and early ordering already live.
