Casio LTP-B150 launches in Japan with a stylish rectangular design and affordable price
Casio is adding a new dress-watch option to its Japan lineup with the arrival of the LTP-B150 series, a slim rectangular analog watch aimed at buyers who want a clean, classic look without spending much. The new range includes three models, all priced at ¥12,100, or roughly $75 to $77, with shipping scheduled to begin in August 2026.
The Casio LTP-B150 stands out because it moves away from the rugged, sporty style often associated with the brand. Instead, it adopts a refined rectangular case, Roman numeral hour markers, a stepped bezel, and a simple quartz-powered dial. The result is a more elegant everyday watch that fits comfortably into the dress-watch category while keeping Casio’s practical and affordable identity intact.
The collection includes two leather-strap versions and one stainless steel bracelet model. The LTP-B150L-7B1JF pairs a silver-tone case with a black leather strap, giving it a minimal and versatile look. The LTP-B150L-7B2JF uses a gold-tone case with matching numeral accents and a burgundy leather strap, offering a warmer, more vintage-inspired style. Both leather models weigh just 25 grams, making them lightweight enough for daily wear.
For those who prefer a metal bracelet, the LTP-B150D-7BJF comes with a three-link stainless steel bracelet and a folding Nakadome clasp. This version weighs 58 grams, giving it a more substantial feel on the wrist while keeping the same slim case dimensions as the leather models.
All three Casio LTP-B150 watches share a compact 31 x 22 x 7.5 mm case, making them suitable for smaller wrists or anyone who prefers a discreet dress watch. The watches use inorganic glass and come with basic water resistance for everyday use, though Casio does not list a formal ATM rating for the lineup.
