Casio’s Latest G-Shock Two-Eye Metal Bezel Watches Hit the Market

Casio G-Shock GMC2500 Launches in the US and Europe With Metal Bezel and Two-Eye Analog Design

Casio has expanded its G-Shock lineup with the new GMC2500 series, a fresh collection of analog watches now available in North America and Europe. Also referred to as the GMC-2500 series, these models bring a distinctive two-eye dial layout, an octagonal metal bezel, and the rugged durability that G-Shock fans expect.

The new Casio G-Shock GMC2500 collection appears to take inspiration from the iconic DW5000C, combining classic G-Shock toughness with a more refined metal-accented design. The result is a sporty yet stylish analog watch that fits both everyday wear and outdoor use.

Five versions are included in the lineup. In the United States, the GMC2500-1A8 features a silver dial with a black resin case and is priced at $280. The GMC2500-1A, which comes with a black dial and black resin case, carries the same retail price, though it may not always be available depending on stock.

For those who prefer a full metal look, Casio is offering two stainless steel bracelet versions. The GMC2500D-1A comes with a black dial, while the GMC2500D-1A2 features a blue dial. Both models are priced at $350 in the US. There is also a more eye-catching GMC2500G-9A variant, which pairs a gold-tone dial and bezel with a black resin strap for $300.

In Europe, pricing varies slightly by market. In countries such as Spain, the GMC-2500-1A and GMC-2500-1A8 are listed at €249. The stainless steel bracelet models, the GMC-2500D-1A and GMC-2500D-1A2, are priced at €319. The gold-tone GMC-2500G-9A is available for €269.

The standout feature of the Casio G-Shock GMC2500 is its unusual two-eye analog display. The main dial includes hour and minute hands, while the seconds are shown through a smaller inset dial. That same inset dial also functions as a 1-second stopwatch, adding practical utility without overcrowding the face.

Another indicator on the watch displays the day of the month, keeping the layout functional while maintaining a clean analog style. As expected from a G-Shock model, the GMC2500 is shock resistant and offers 200-meter water resistance, making it suitable for daily wear, sports, and water-related activities.

With its octagonal metal bezel, tough construction, analog display, and multiple color options, the Casio G-Shock GMC2500 series is positioned as an appealing choice for buyers who want a durable watch with a more premium look. The mix of resin strap and stainless steel bracelet versions also gives shoppers plenty of flexibility depending on whether they prefer a lightweight sporty design or a more polished metal finish.
