Casio has officially added two fresh MRW-230H watches to its international lineup: the MRW-230H-1E4V and the MRW-230H-2EV. After popping up in retailer listings earlier, these models are now confirmed on Casio’s global site, locking in the names and specifications for multiple markets.
Both versions stick to the same practical, sport-ready formula that has made the MRW-230H series easy to recommend for an everyday beater watch. You get a rotating timer-style bezel, a lightweight resin case, and 100-meter water resistance—useful for swimming and day-to-day wear where you don’t want to worry about the occasional splash or downpour.
In terms of size and feel, Casio lists the case at 47.9 × 44.6 × 12.3 mm, with a very light 39-gram build. The case is resin, and the rotating bezel includes an aluminum top ring for a bit of extra visual pop. Up front, the watch uses resin glass for the crystal, keeping things durable and affordable.
Inside is a standard кварц (quartz) movement rated at ±20 seconds per month, which is typical for this category and more than accurate enough for daily use. Battery life is estimated at around three years, powered by an SR626SW cell—another familiar, easy-to-service choice.
The dial layout is clean and straightforward: three analog hands and a day-date window for quick readability. The resin strap is designed to fit wrists from 145 mm to 215 mm, covering a wide range of sizes.
What separates the MRW-230H-1E4V from the MRW-230H-2EV is purely the look. The MRW-230H-1E4V comes with a black dial, orange bezel accents, and a matching orange seconds hand for a sharper, sportier contrast. The MRW-230H-2EV leans into a bolder colorway with a blue dial and bezel, plus a yellow seconds hand for a standout highlight.
These new releases expand the MRW-230H family, which first arrived with the same general design direction in early 2025. There are no hardware upgrades here—just more color options for buyers who like the rotating bezel look and want a budget-friendly Casio they can wear anywhere.
Casio hasn’t announced official pricing on the listing yet. However, earlier regional retail sightings have suggested these models may land around the $50 to $60 range, which fits the MRW-230H’s reputation for offering solid specs at an approachable price point.
