Casio Edifice Preps New Tachymeter-Bezel Watches for an Imminent Launch

Casio is expanding its Edifice lineup again, and three fresh Standard Chronograph models are now on the radar for February 2026. Recently appearing on Casio’s international site as upcoming releases, the new Edifice EFR-574 series arrives alongside additional EFR-575 and EFB-109 listings, signaling a busy start to 2026 for fans of sporty, motorsport-inspired watches.

The new Casio Edifice EFR-574 Standard Chronographs include the EFR-574BL-1AV, EFR-574DC-2AV, and EFR-574DE-7AV. All three lean into a classic racing aesthetic with an ion-plated tachymeter bezel, paired with a stainless steel case and matching strap options depending on the model. They’re built as straightforward analog chronographs with three main hands for hours, minutes, and stopwatch seconds, plus three sub-dials dedicated to stopwatch timing functions. Everyday usability is also covered thanks to both day and date displays on the dial. For daily wear and weekend use, water resistance is rated to 100 meters.

Each version brings its own look, making the lineup appealing whether you prefer a more classic style or a bolder, modern finish. The EFR-574BL-1AV features a black dial with bronze and white accents, matched with a silver-tone stainless steel case and a black leather strap for a slightly dressier, more versatile feel. The EFR-574DC-2AV takes a darker, more stealthy approach with a black ion-plated case, bezel, and bracelet, contrasted by a deep blue dial. Meanwhile, the EFR-574DE-7AV goes for a brighter, sport-luxe palette with a silver dial and steel bracelet, complemented by a blue bezel, blue indexes, and blue rings around the sub-dials.

While these Casio Edifice EFR-574 chronographs are clearly positioned as February 2026 releases, key rollout details haven’t been confirmed yet. Casio hasn’t shared the exact launch date, pricing, or the full list of countries where the EFR-574BL-1AV, EFR-574DC-2AV, and EFR-574DE-7AV will be available. For now, they’re shaping up to be some of the most anticipated new Edifice chronograph watches for early 2026, especially for buyers looking for a tachymeter-bezel design, practical day-date features, and 100m water resistance in a stainless steel package.
