Black Desert Unveils Inner Edania in Epic Edania Part 2 Update

Black Desert Edania: Part 2 Opens Inner Edania With New Bosses, Gear, and Endgame Challenges

Pearl Abyss has launched Edania: Part 2 for Black Desert, expanding the game’s demonic endgame realm with the long-awaited Inner Edania region. The update brings a major wave of high-level content, including new hunting grounds, powerful bosses, fresh accessories, craftable outfits, and the competitive Throne of Edana mode.

First introduced in August 2025, Edania is designed as a dangerous endgame territory divided into two major areas. The outer region is ruled by demon kings who inherited divine power, while Inner Edania is where godlike beings hold control. With Part 2 now live, adventurers can finally step deeper into this hostile realm and face legendary figures tied closely to Black Desert’s lore, including Agris, Markthanan, Elion, and Aal.

The update introduces six new hunting grounds aimed at experienced players seeking tougher challenges and better rewards. These new zones include Aphrodon Temple, Hermesia Inner Castle, Magaia Temple, Aresion Temple, Scales of Judgment, and Event Horizon.

Each area comes with demanding stat requirements, pushing players to prepare carefully before entering. Event Horizon stands out as the most challenging of the new hunting grounds, requiring 420 AP and 505 DP. Scales of Judgment offers a different type of challenge as a three-player zone where teamwork is essential. Adventurers must cooperate to maintain balance between opposing forces, making coordination just as important as raw power.

Edania: Part 2 also adds four formidable bosses in Inner Edania: Aphrodon, Emesia, Magaia, and Aresion. These encounters are built for well-geared adventurers, with attack and defense requirements ranging from 405 AP and 485 DP to 420 AP and 505 DP.

A new weekly quest system allows players to challenge one Edania boss at a time. Completing these encounters rewards an Edana Rising Token, which grants access to the Throne of Edana. This new mode lets adventurers battle for control of each region, with the final survivor earning the title of the new Edana.

For players focused on progression, the update adds two powerful new accessories: Ekleta and Apeiron. Both can reach the same maximum stats, but they are obtained in different ways. Ekleta is created by converting high-grade Kharazad accessories, while Apeiron can drop from the new hunting grounds and may also be traded through the Central Market.

The update also introduces the Godslayer’s Armor outfit, which can be crafted using Embers of Ynix found in Inner Edania. Alongside this new outfit, players can collect additional crystals, artifacts, and consumables to further strengthen their characters.

Adventurers who enjoy secrets and exploration can search for the hidden Tachyon Legacy. Discovering it unlocks a special trial that rewards Agris Gold Coins. These coins can be exchanged for valuable items such as Cron Stones and Twilight of the End accessories.

Edania: Part 2 marks a major step forward for Black Desert’s endgame content, giving veteran players new goals, tougher enemies, and more ways to improve their gear. With Inner Edania now open, the story is moving toward its next major milestone. The final Hadum boss fight is planned for September, where the Edania storyline is expected to reach its conclusion.
