BenQ GV32 portable projector aims for the ceiling with 1080p streaming and console-friendly lag
BenQ’s latest compact projector, the GV32, is built for big-screen entertainment almost anywhere—even on your bedroom ceiling. Thanks to an adjustable stand that tilts the unit far beyond typical angles, you can point it at a wall for movie night or recline and watch your favorite shows projected overhead.
Despite its small, travel-ready design at just 1.6 kg, the GV32 delivers native 1080p Full HD resolution. As with many compact LED models, brightness is rated at 500 ANSI lumens, so it shines best in dim or dark rooms. The throw ratio is 1.2:1, meaning you’ll need about 1.5 meters for a 60-inch image and roughly 3.2 meters to reach 120 inches.
Streaming is built in. With Google TV onboard, you can jump straight into apps like Netflix and YouTube over Wi‑Fi without an external player.
