Asus ProArt GR1X Mini PC Launch Details Reveal High-End RTX Spark N1X Configuration
Asus is preparing to launch the ProArt GR1X later this year, and newly shared details give a clearer picture of what buyers can expect from this compact workstation-class mini PC. Designed for creators, AI workloads, and demanding professional tasks, the ProArt GR1X is shaping up to be a powerful small-form-factor system with premium hardware inside.
According to the latest information, the Asus ProArt GR1X will be offered with the more powerful version of the RTX Spark N1X platform. That means the mini PC is expected to feature a 20-core CPU paired with a 6,144-core GPU. The lower-tier RTX Spark N1X variant, which includes an 18-core CPU and 5,120-core GPU, appears to be reserved for laptops rather than this desktop mini PC.
Memory options have also become clearer. Asus previously stated that the ProArt GR1X would support up to 128 GB of RAM, but the company now lists two configurations: 64 GB and 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory. This should give users enough flexibility depending on whether they need a compact machine for creative production, AI development, 3D workflows, or intensive multitasking.
Power delivery is another interesting detail. The Asus ProArt GR1X will ship with a 240 W USB Type-C power adapter that follows the Power Delivery 3.1 EPR standard. This is notable because it allows the mini PC to use a modern USB-C power solution while still supporting the high power requirements of its performance-focused components.
Despite its powerful internals, the ProArt GR1X remains impressively compact. The system measures 150 x 150 x 51 mm and has an estimated case volume of around 1.1 liters. It weighs approximately 1.48 kg, or about 3.26 lb, making it easy to place on a desk, move between workspaces, or integrate into a minimal creator setup.
Asus says the ProArt GR1X will become available later this year through select premium retailers. Buyers will be able to choose between the 64 GB and 128 GB RAM versions, with both configurations targeting users who need strong performance in a small and efficient form factor.
With its compact design, RTX Spark N1X hardware, large memory options, and USB-C 240 W power delivery, the Asus ProArt GR1X could become an appealing choice for professionals looking for a mini PC that can handle serious creative and AI-focused workloads without taking up much space.
