Apple has posted its Q2 2025 earnings

Apple Sees Revenue Soar to $95.4 Billion in Fiscal Q2 2025, Achieving $24.8 Billion in Net Income; Nearly All Segments Experience Growth Over Last Year

Apple’s financial performance for Q2 2025 showcases a dynamic blend of innovation and growth, with revenue hitting $95.4 billion—surpassing both expectations and last year’s $90.75 billion. Although not as monumental as the record-breaking Q1 2025 with $124.3 billion, these results highlight robust growth across nearly all sectors.

Once again, Apple’s Services segment shines brightly, contributing over 25% to the quarterly revenue. The ever-popular iPhone continues to drive success, pulling in $46.84 billion compared to $45.96 billion previously. The launch of the iPhone 16e likely played a pivotal role, boosting earnings to $24.8 billion, compared to $23.6 billion during the same period last year.

The Mac division also experienced a boost, thanks to the new 13-inch and 15-inch M4 MacBook Air series, recording $7.95 billion, up from $7.45 billion. Despite a generally sluggish tablet market, Apple’s revenue in this sector rose to $6.4 billion from $5.56 billion, reinforcing the brand’s dominance.

Apple CEO Tim Cook expressed pride in these achievements, particularly emphasizing environmental strides with a 60% reduction in carbon emissions over the past decade. He highlighted the excitement surrounding new product launches, stating, “Apple is reporting strong quarterly results, including double-digit growth in Services. We were happy to welcome iPhone 16e to our lineup and to introduce powerful new Macs and iPads that leverage the extraordinary capabilities of Apple silicon.”

The Services segment continued its impressive trajectory, generating $26.6 billion in revenue, a significant increase from $23.9 billion in Q2 2024. Meanwhile, the Wearables, Home, and Accessories category was the sole segment to experience a decline, dipping to $7.5 billion from $7.9 billion.

Apple’s ability to innovate and expand in key areas, while also making strides in sustainability, underscores its position as a leader in the tech industry. With these sustained efforts, Apple is poised for continued growth and success.
