While the new keyboard may not feature an aluminum casing like its high-end counterpart, it could still offer some exciting features. For instance, Apple might incorporate a dedicated function row on this accessory, resonating with the keyboard designed for the M2 iPad Pro models. Other elements of its design are expected to bear similarities to Apple’s established aesthetic, promising a seamless user experience.
Earlier this year, Apple introduced the OLED iPad Pro at its Spring event, packed with impressive processing capabilities and a dual tandem OLED display. The Magic Keyboard for the M4 iPad Pro is crafted from aluminum, includes a function row, and features a larger trackpad for enhanced control, among other improvements. For users of the mini-LED iPad Pro, Apple continues to offer the previous version of the Magic Keyboard, maintaining support across its device range.
Looking ahead, Apple is anticipated to hold another event post the iPhone 16 launch. This event could see the unveiling of the M4 Pro and M4 Max MacBook Pro models and a redesigned Mac mini. There’s also speculation about whether the 24-inch iMac will receive an upgrade to the M4 chip.
