Anker looks set to refresh in-car charging with a new accessory spotted on its Japanese site: the Prime Wireless Car Charger (MagGo, AirCool, Pad), believed to be model A2933. Early details point to a vent-mounted, magnet-aligned wireless charger built for faster, cooler, and safer top-ups on the road.
The headline spec is up to 25W wireless output with Qi2.2 certification, a combination aimed at delivering efficient power and tighter alignment for compatible phones. Power comes in via a 45W USB-C input, and the box is expected to include a car power adapter. An indicator light keeps you informed at a glance, while the adjustable base lets you fine-tune the viewing angle for navigation or calls.
Heat management appears to be a major focus. The integrated AirCool fan helps prevent thermal throttling during longer drives and high-speed charging sessions. Thanks to Qi2.2, the charger also benefits from more accurate foreign object detection, reducing the risk of misalignment or stray metal interfering with charging.
In terms of design, the unit is compact at 93 x 93 x 69 mm (about 3.7 x 3.7 x 2.7 inches). Images suggest multiple finishes could be on the way, including a silver-trimmed black model and a blue option, giving drivers a bit more style flexibility than the typical all-black puck.
Availability is currently pegged for Fall 2025 in Japan, with launch plans for other regions still unconfirmed. In the US, the charger is expected to retail for $69.99, placing it slightly above Anker’s Nano Wireless Car Charger at full price.
If you’ve been waiting for a vent-mounted, Qi2.2-ready car charger with active cooling and strong magnetic hold, this new MagGo addition looks like one to watch as it approaches release.
