The Amazfit Helio Ring is now available in only one color and three different sizes. Stepping up its game in the wearables market, Amazfit has significantly reduced the price of its first smart ring, the Helio Ring, in both Europe and the US, making it a formidable competitor against heavyweights like the Samsung Galaxy Ring and the Oura Ring. As if the price drop wasn’t enticing enough, Amazfit is also offering two premium services for free to current owners of the Helio Ring.
Introduced at CES 2024 in January, the Helio Ring hit the shelves in the US by May and in Europe by June, initially priced at $299 in the US and €299 in Europe. With the latest announcement, customers in the US can now grab the Helio Ring for just $199.99—a substantial $100 off the original price and a hefty $200 less than the Samsung Galaxy Ring, which is priced at $399. The discounted Helio Ring is available through Amazfit’s official store and Amazon. Additionally, if you pair the purchase with an Amazfit smartwatch, such as the Amazfit Balance, you could save an extra $50.
In Europe, the discount is even more attractive. The Helio Ring is now priced at €169.90, a substantial €130 reduction from its initial price, and available on both Amazfit’s online store and Amazon.de. Purchasing the ring directly from Amazfit and bundling it with an Amazfit smartwatch, like the newly launched Amazfit T-Rex 3, could save you an additional €20.
While it’s unclear if these discounts are permanent, those interested in the Helio Ring should consider acting quickly.
For current Helio Ring owners, Amazfit has more good news. The company is offering Zepp Aura and Zepp Fitness services free of charge. Normally priced at $70 annually, Zepp Aura generates soothing sounds to help users fall asleep. Zepp Fitness, typically costing $19.99 for a 6-month subscription, provides advanced weekly and monthly training analytics, along with an AI chatbot geared towards helping users achieve their fitness goals.
The Amazfit Helio Ring shines as a complementary accessory to smartwatches like the Amazfit Cheetah Pro. Constructed from a lightweight titanium alloy, the ring tips the scales at just 4 grams. It features an electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor for monitoring stress levels, along with sensors for tracking heart rate, SpO2 levels, and sleep patterns. Designed to work seamlessly with Amazfit smartwatches, the Helio Ring excels in tracking recovery while the smartwatch handles monitoring physical activities.
If you’re ready to elevate your wearable tech game, the Amazfit Helio Ring offers a compelling blend of style, functionality, and affordability—especially with these new price cuts and premium service perks.
