“Amazfit Balance 2 Smartwatch Introduces Innovative Running Feature in Latest Update”

The Amazfit Balance 2 smartwatch is stepping up its game with a fresh global update, software version 3.16.0.3. This new release brings an exciting running workout option to the wearable, along with enhancements to the tap-to-wake feature. Not only that, the update addresses some lag issues and bugs to improve overall performance.

Zepp Health recently rolled out this global software update, following an earlier release in China that introduced HYROX Training Modes and a scuba diving feature. Now, users can enjoy a new Ultramarathon workout mode, easily accessible through the Workout menu. Additionally, tap-to-wake now comes as the default setting, but you can customize it in the Watch Settings under Display.

The update also enhances the experience of scrolling with the Digital Crown during workouts and resolves previously reported glitches, including issues with the Eject feature and audio silences. Importantly, the lag in the Control Center has been minimized, making navigation smoother.

A feature that users are still awaiting is BioCharge. The Amazfit team is actively working on this, but there’s no confirmed timeline for its release. While the official notes mentioned a June start, the update actually kicked off on July 17th, with users in the US, Italy, and China already seeing the benefits. It’s expected to reach other global users by the month’s end.

To enjoy the latest version 3.16.0.3 update, ensure you have the Zepp Health app, with a minimum version of 9.9.5. Once available, integrating these new features into your Balance 2 smartwatch will be a breeze.
