Acer Aspire S24 and Aspire S27 All-in-One Desktops Debut With Intel Core CPUs, AI Features, and Slim Displays
Acer has introduced its new Aspire S24 and Aspire S27 all-in-one desktop PCs at IFA 2026 in Berlin, targeting students, families, home users, and office workers who want a clean, space-saving Windows 11 setup without a separate tower.
The new Acer Aspire all-in-one desktops combine the monitor and PC into a slim design, making them practical for study rooms, shared family spaces, reception desks, and home offices. With modern Intel processors, high-refresh displays, Wi-Fi 6E, and optional touchscreen support, the Aspire S24 and Aspire S27 are built for everyday productivity, online learning, video calls, entertainment, and light AI-assisted tasks.
Both models can be configured with Intel’s latest Core processors, including the Intel Core 3 304, Intel Core 5 320, and Intel Core 7 350. Depending on the configuration, users get up to 6 cores and 6 threads, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 1TB of M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
The inclusion of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage should help deliver fast boot times, quick app launches, and smoother file transfers. However, the maximum 16GB RAM configuration means these systems are better suited for everyday workloads rather than heavy creative production, large-scale multitasking, or demanding local AI applications.
Acer is also positioning the Aspire S24 and Aspire S27 as AI-capable desktops. The built-in NPUs offer around 15 to 17 TOPS of AI performance, allowing the systems to handle small, lightweight local AI models and AI-enhanced Windows features. This could be useful for tasks such as background blur, noise reduction, image enhancements, and other productivity-focused AI tools.
The Aspire S24 features a 23.8-inch Full HD IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate, making it a strong option for users who want smoother scrolling, more fluid visuals, and responsive everyday use. The Aspire S27 steps up to a larger 27-inch QHD IPS panel, available with either a 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate depending on the configuration.
Both displays reach up to 250 nits of brightness and cover 99% of the sRGB color space, which should be suitable for web browsing, streaming, document work, school projects, casual photo editing, and general office tasks. Acer will also offer optional touchscreen versions with pen input, giving users more flexibility for drawing, note-taking, presentations, and interactive learning.
For video conferencing, online classes, and remote meetings, both all-in-one desktops include a 2MP webcam. Acer has also equipped the Aspire S24 and Aspire S27 with stereo speakers enhanced by DTS Audio, aiming to provide clearer sound for calls, music, movies, and online content.
Connectivity is another important part of the package. The Aspire S24 and Aspire S27 include one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port for data, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one HDMI 1.4b port, an audio jack, and an RJ-45 Ethernet port. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, giving users access to faster wireless networking and improved compatibility with modern accessories.
In terms of size, the Acer Aspire S24 measures 541.6 x 444.5 x 11.4 mm, while the larger Aspire S27 measures 613.9 x 487.6 x 15.5 mm. Their slim profiles should help them fit neatly on desks where space is limited, while still offering the comfort of a large display.
Acer has not yet confirmed official pricing or release dates for the Aspire S24 and Aspire S27. The company is expected to share availability details at a later time. Once released, the models are expected to appear through Acer’s usual retail channels.
