8BitDo has officially launched its Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition controller lineup in the United States, giving fans of Lara Croft a stylish new way to celebrate one of gaming’s most iconic franchises. After roughly a month of pre-orders, the limited-edition collection is now available to buy, featuring two themed controllers: the 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox and the 8BitDo Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad.
Both controllers come with special Tomb Raider-inspired designs created to mark the franchise’s 30th anniversary. While the visual treatment is the main attraction, the controllers keep the same features and performance as their standard versions, making them ideal for players who want familiar 8BitDo hardware with a collectible twist.
The 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox – Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition is priced at $119.99 in the US. This model is aimed at Xbox players who want a premium controller with a design that pays tribute to Lara Croft’s long-running adventure series.
For players looking for a more affordable option, the 8BitDo Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad – Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition is available for $79.99. This version offers the same Tomb Raider anniversary styling in a versatile Bluetooth gamepad format, making it a strong pick for fans who play across multiple supported platforms.
The controllers are available now in the US through 8BitDo’s official store and major online retailers.
UK buyers will have to wait a little longer. Both Tomb Raider anniversary controllers are currently listed for pre-order in the UK, with a release date set for November 13. The Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox version is priced at £94.99, while the Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad edition is listed at £74.99.
The launch arrives at a good time for Tomb Raider fans, as several games from the series are also being offered at steep discounts. Tomb Raider: Anniversary can be found for around $2 on PlayStation Store, while Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is also available at a major discount on PC. The trilogy includes Tomb Raider from 2013, Rise of the Tomb Raider from 2015, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider from 2018.
With new collectible controllers and discounted games available at the same time, this is a strong moment for longtime Tomb Raider fans and newcomers who want to revisit Lara Croft’s adventures. The 8BitDo Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition controllers combine nostalgia, clean design, and modern gaming functionality, making them appealing not only as everyday controllers but also as collector’s items for fans of the legendary franchise.
