KingsIsle Entertainment has announced that their nostalgic turn-based deckbuilding MMORPG, Wizard101, will soon be available on consoles. The free-to-play magic school MMORPG is coming to Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4, although the exact release date remains undisclosed.
Originally launched for Windows PC in 2008, Wizard101 is making its way to consoles with the introduction of a new shared server, enabling crossplay functionality.
In Wizard101, players take on the role of student Wizards undertaking hundreds of quests that include hours of fully voiced-over story content. The game features 20 whimsical worlds to explore and is part of a vibrant community of active players.
