The Vivo X300 Ultra hasn’t wasted any time making headlines again. Just a little over two weeks after its official announcement on 30 March, Vivo’s Zeiss-branded camera flagship is already showing up with a price cut, giving early buyers a chance to save before wider preorder availability begins.
For shoppers considering a Chinese import model, current listings at Tradingshenzhen suggest some immediate value. The Vivo X300 Ultra with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage is now priced at around $1,150, down from roughly $1,173 at launch. If you want more space without jumping to the top-tier versions, the 12 GB/512 GB model is available from about $1,232.
Bigger memory configurations have also seen reductions. The 16 GB/512 GB variant is listed at approximately $1,349, while the 16 GB/1 TB option comes in around $1,478. According to the listing, all storage versions are currently in stock, including the China-only white color, which may appeal to buyers who want something different from the standard finishes.
There’s also an “Ultimate Photography Edition” for anyone focused on mobile camera gear. This bundle includes the camera kit plus both telephoto extenders, and it’s also shown as ready to ship. However, that specific package is still displayed at its original price of $2,172.
One reason this early discount matters is timing. Pricing expectations for the global Vivo X300 Ultra have pointed to a retail figure in this same general range, but without the added photography kit. At the same time, the deal appears to arrive just before the preorder period begins in multiple European countries.
Official pricing for those European markets is expected to be revealed on 16 April, with the global Vivo X300 Ultra scheduled to start shipping on 24 April. If you’ve been waiting to buy, this creates a narrow window where import pricing and upcoming official regional pricing may overlap—making it worth watching closely in case the discount changes once preorders go live.
