Vivo X300 E specs leak ahead of launch with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 7,200mAh battery, and Zeiss cameras
The Vivo X300 E is shaping up to be one of the most interesting upcoming Android phones in Vivo’s X300 lineup. Before its official debut on July 27, the device has appeared in a China Telecom database, revealing key specifications, design details, color options, and memory configurations.
According to the listing, the Vivo X300 E carries the model number V2612A and will feature a 6.59-inch display with a centered punch-hole cutout. That cutout is expected to house a high-resolution 50MP selfie camera, suggesting Vivo is putting strong focus on front-facing photography as well as rear camera performance.
Powering the Vivo X300 E will be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, positioning the phone as a performance-focused model in the series. The device is listed in three storage and memory versions: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. These options should give buyers enough flexibility depending on whether they prioritize affordability or more storage for apps, games, videos, and photos.
The camera system is another major highlight. The Vivo X300 E is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 50MP main camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The cameras will sit inside a squircle-shaped camera island positioned at the top-left corner of the rear panel. The module also includes an LED flash and Zeiss branding, pointing to Vivo’s continued emphasis on mobile photography and image processing.
Battery life could be one of the phone’s strongest selling points. The listing mentions a large 7,200mAh battery, which should appeal to users who want a smartphone capable of lasting through long days of heavy use. Whether for gaming, streaming, photography, navigation, or productivity, the large battery capacity may help the Vivo X300 E stand out in a crowded flagship market.
The Vivo X300 E is also listed as running Android 16 out of the box. In terms of size, the phone reportedly measures 157.52 × 74.33 × 7.99 mm and weighs 203 grams. Despite its large battery, the device appears to maintain a relatively slim profile at under 8mm thick.
Other expected features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and dust and water resistance, both of which add to its premium appeal. The phone has been shown in Moonlight White, while additional color options are expected to include Orange and a Black/Gray finish.
Vivo has also released promotional material confirming several of the phone’s main highlights, including its processor, camera capabilities, and battery capacity. With its Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, 50MP front camera, Zeiss-backed triple rear camera setup, and massive 7,200mAh battery, the Vivo X300 E could become a strong contender for users looking for a powerful Android smartphone with long battery life and advanced camera features.
