AMD’s upcoming Radeon RX 8000 series, based on the “RDNA 4” architecture, is set to feature up to 64 MB of Infinity Cache and a memory bus configuration extending up to 256 bits. This new lineup includes the high-end Navi 48 “GFX1201” and mainstream Navi 44 “GFX1200” chips, targeting the gaming market with significant architectural enhancements, particularly in ray tracing, which will also benefit the next-generation PlayStation.
The series will introduce three Infinity Cache configurations within its Navi 4X “RDNA 4” lineup: two models will house a 64 MB Infinity Cache, and one will come with a 48 MB Infinity Cache.
