Timex Expands Its Q Chronograph Lineup With Striking Green, Ice-Blue, and Khaki Dials

Timex adds three new Q Chronograph watches in green, ice-blue, and khaki

Timex has refreshed its popular Q Timex Chronograph collection with three new 40 mm models, bringing more color, vintage charm, and motorsport-inspired styling to the lineup. The latest additions arrive in green, ice-blue, and khaki dial options, giving fans of retro chronograph watches a wider choice of designs across bracelet and leather strap configurations.

The new models are listed as TW2Y88500, TW2Y88600, and TW2Y88700. Each version shares the same core Q Timex Chronograph design but uses different dial, bezel, and strap combinations to create its own personality.

The TW2Y88500 is the sportiest of the three and leans heavily into a classic racing-watch look. It features a green dial, black chronograph subdials, and a matching green tachymeter bezel. The stainless-steel case is paired with a silver-tone bracelet, giving the watch a sharp vintage feel that fits well with the Q Timex design language. Luminous hands and hour markers improve visibility, while the bracelet includes quick-release spring bars and a deployant clasp for easier wear.

The TW2Y88600 keeps the same stainless-steel bracelet setup but changes the mood with an ice-blue dial. The three black subdials add strong contrast, while the black tachymeter bezel gives the watch a cleaner and more modern edge. This version is also slightly lighter than the green model, weighing 135.06 g compared with 135.72 g.

For those who prefer a more understated style, the TW2Y88700 offers a khaki dial with black subdials and a brown tachymeter bezel. Instead of a steel bracelet, this model comes with an 18 mm brown leather strap, giving it a warmer and more casual appearance. The leather strap also makes it significantly lighter at 78.1 g. Timex says the leather is sourced through the Leather Working Group.

All three new Q Timex Chronograph watches share the same main specifications. Each model uses a 40 mm stainless-steel case with a 46.5 mm lug-to-lug measurement and a 15 mm thickness. The dial is protected by an acrylic crystal, and the watches offer 50 metres of water resistance. A date window is included alongside the chronograph layout.

Power comes from a quartz analogue movement using an SR927SW battery. The tachymeter scale works with the chronograph function to measure average speed, reinforcing the racing-inspired character of the collection.

In the UK, the bracelet versions, TW2Y88500 and TW2Y88600, are priced at £230. The leather-strap TW2Y88700 is priced slightly lower at £205. All three models are currently listed as new additions on Timex’s UK store and are expected to reach more markets soon.

With these new green, ice-blue, and khaki variants, the Q Timex Chronograph range continues to blend retro watch design, everyday wearability, and accessible pricing. For buyers looking for a stylish quartz chronograph with vintage motorsport appeal, these latest Timex releases add several attractive options to consider.
