Timex expands the Q collection with five new Marbella stainless steel watches
Timex has added a fresh chapter to its retro-inspired Q collection with the launch of the new Q Timex Marbella lineup. The release includes five stainless steel watches featuring integrated bracelets, textured dials, and bold bolt-detailed bezels, with prices ranging from $209 to $239.
The Q Timex Marbella series leans heavily into vintage sport-watch styling, a look closely associated with the 1970s. That era was important for Timex, as the original Q collection arrived during the rise of quartz watches. The new Marbella models keep that period-correct attitude alive while offering modern everyday practicality at an accessible price.
The collection is available in two case sizes: 34 mm and 40.5 mm. This gives buyers a choice between a more compact, classic fit and a larger wrist presence.
The 34 mm lineup includes three versions. The TW2Y81800 comes with a textured silver-tone dial and a full stainless steel bracelet, priced at $209. The TW2Y81900 adds a gold-tone bezel with a two-tone bracelet and is priced at $229. The TW2Y82000 goes all-in on the gold-tone finish, also priced at $229.
For those who prefer a larger watch, Timex offers two 40.5 mm Marbella models. The TW2Y81400 features a blue textured dial with a stainless steel case and bracelet, priced at $219. The TW2Y81500 pairs a black dial with a gold-tone bezel and comes in at $239.
Across the entire Q Timex Marbella range, the design formula remains consistent. Each watch features a circular-brushed bezel with four exposed bolts, polished case accents, and an integrated brushed H-link bracelet fitted with a deployant clasp. The dials use applied hour markers and textured surfaces to add depth, while luminous material on the hands and markers improves visibility in low light.
The watches are water resistant to 50 meters, making them suitable for everyday wear and minor exposure to water, such as hand washing or light splashes. Inside, each model runs on a battery-powered quartz analog movement using an SR626SW cell, a familiar and reliable setup for the Q Timex family.
One notable compromise is the use of a mineral crystal rather than sapphire. While mineral glass is common in this price range, buyers looking for maximum scratch resistance may want to keep that in mind, especially since the Marbella’s integrated bracelet design is clearly built for regular daily use.
