Rogbid Winggo Debuts as a $39.99 Handheld Fan With Gimbal Design and Semiconductor Cooling
Rogbid has introduced the Winggo, a new portable handheld fan designed for anyone looking for a more flexible way to stay cool during hot weather. Priced at $39.99, the compact fan combines strong airflow, a 180-degree adjustable head, contact cooling, and a built-in emergency light in one travel-friendly device.
The Rogbid Winggo stands out with its gimbal-style fan head, which can rotate up to 180 degrees. This design allows it to be used in multiple ways, including as a handheld fan, a small desktop fan, or a neck-hanging fan with the included lanyard. That makes it a practical option for commuting, outdoor walks, camping, desk work, summer events, or travel.
At the center of the Winggo is what Rogbid describes as a third-generation high-speed motor. The company claims the motor can generate airflow of up to 11 m/s while using around 30% less power than the previous version. For users who want more control, the fan includes 100 speed levels, allowing them to fine-tune airflow from a light breeze to stronger cooling.
One of the biggest highlights is the semiconductor cooling pad built into the fan head. Instead of relying only on airflow, the Winggo also provides a cold contact surface that can be pressed against the skin for quick cooling relief. This feature could be especially useful in extreme heat, after exercise, or while spending long periods outdoors.
The fan also includes a small LED display on the handle, showing both the current speed setting and remaining battery percentage. This makes it easier to monitor power levels and adjust performance without guessing.
Rogbid has equipped the Winggo with a 3,000 mAh battery, which is rated for up to 10 hours of use depending on the selected speed. Charging is handled through a USB Type-C port, with a full recharge taking around 2.5 hours. The use of Type-C charging makes it convenient for users who already carry modern phone, tablet, or laptop chargers.
Another useful addition is the built-in emergency light. It offers three brightness levels, including 40%, 70%, and 100%, along with a flashing SOS mode. This gives the Winggo extra value as a small safety tool for camping trips, night walks, power outages, or roadside emergencies.
The handle is made from aluminum alloy, which Rogbid says helps provide a cool-touch feel during use. The fan is available in three colors: Space Gray, Champagne Gold, and Sakura Pink.
At $39.99, the Rogbid Winggo enters a crowded portable fan market, but its combination of a gimbal-style adjustable head, direct semiconductor cooling, strong airflow, USB-C charging, long battery life, and emergency lighting helps it stand apart from basic handheld fans. For shoppers looking for an affordable personal cooling device for summer, travel, or everyday use, the Winggo offers a feature-packed option without a premium price tag.
