Tessan Aero 70 Debuts as a Slim Smart Travel Adapter for Effortless Global Charging

Tessan Aero 70 Smart Travel Adapter Pre-Launches With 70W USB-C Charging and Built-In Display

Tessan has introduced the Aero 70 Smart Travel Adapter, a slim, travel-friendly charging accessory designed for people who regularly move between countries and need one compact solution for multiple devices. With a credit-card-style footprint and a thin body that can slip easily into a backpack, suitcase, or carry-on pocket, the Aero 70 aims to simplify charging for business travelers, digital nomads, and vacationers.

The Tessan Aero 70 is built for international use and supports several common plug standards. It includes Type A for regions such as the United States, Japan, Central America, and South America; Type C for many European countries and China; Type G for the United Kingdom; and Type I for Australia and New Zealand. Instead of carrying multiple adapters, users can switch between plug types using sliders built into the sides of the device.

One of the key features of the Aero 70 is its ability to charge up to four USB devices at the same time while also providing pass-through AC power for another compatible device. This makes it useful for charging a smartphone, tablet, earbuds, smartwatch, and even a laptop charger depending on the setup. For travelers staying in hotel rooms or working from airports, this can reduce the need for extra chargers and bulky power accessories.

The adapter includes one 70W USB-C port with support for PD3.0, QC3.0, and PPS fast-charging standards. Alongside it are two 20W USB-C ports and one 18W USB-A port with QC3.0 support. This mix of ports gives users flexibility for both newer USB-C devices and older accessories that still rely on USB-A.

Another standout feature is the built-in multi-screen LCD display. The screen allows users to monitor useful charging information, including voltage, wattage, socket current, and temperature. This is a practical addition for travelers who want more visibility into how their devices are charging, especially when using different power outlets across various countries.

For AC devices, the Tessan Aero 70 supports 100-250V, 50/60Hz dual-voltage equipment with a maximum power rating of up to 2,500W. However, Tessan notes that the adapter does not convert voltage. That means users must make sure their appliances or electronics support the voltage of the country they are visiting before plugging them in. This is especially important for items such as hair dryers, electric shavers, and other high-power travel devices.

The Aero 70 has a sleek black design and includes a small magnetic compass built into one side, adding a travel-themed touch to the compact accessory. It measures 3.52 x 1.97 x 1.57 inches, or 89.5 x 50 x 40 mm, and weighs 6.35 oz, or about 180 g. Its compact size makes it easy to pack without taking up much room.

Tessan plans to launch the Aero 70 through a Kickstarter campaign on June 30, 2026. On launch day, the travel adapter will be available for a special price of $69, which is $60 lower than its listed MSRP of $129. After that, the Early Bird price will be $79.

With its slim design, international plug support, 70W USB-C fast charging, multiple ports, and real-time display, the Tessan Aero 70 Smart Travel Adapter could be a strong option for travelers looking to replace several charging accessories with one compact device.
