The base model is expected to start with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, mirroring last year’s offering. However, the models with 512GB and 1TB storage are rumored to be equipped with a whopping 16GB of RAM. This approach seems to position the higher-tier models as a more enticing choice for consumers, tempting them to opt for the upgraded versions. It’s also a strategic move to stay competitive against rivals like the Pixel 9 Pro and OnePlus 13, which already feature 16GB RAM options.
This information aligns with earlier claims by another well-known leaker, IceUniverse, who assured that the Galaxy S25 Ultra would indeed offer a 16GB RAM variant. Samsung’s history with this RAM capacity started with the Galaxy S20 Ultra, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra followed suit.
