Samsung Debuts a Giant 130-Inch Micro RGB TV and Next-Gen Gaming Displays, Including a 48-Inch S95H OLED at 165Hz

Samsung has revealed its 2026 TV lineup, and it’s packed with major upgrades across Micro RGB, Neo QLED, and OLED models. Unveiled at CES 2026, the new range focuses on next-generation color performance, smarter AI-powered picture enhancements, and premium design improvements aimed at both movie lovers and serious gamers.

The biggest attention-grabber is Samsung’s enormous 130-inch Micro RGB TV, known as the R95H. It’s being positioned as the largest Micro RGB display Samsung has introduced so far, and it’s built to deliver a high-end, cinematic experience at home. The R95H includes a “Timeless Frame” design along with multiple internal upgrades, led by the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro, and Micro RGB HDR Pro. Samsung says these AI-driven features are designed to lift dull tones, refine contrast, and improve detail across both bright and dark scenes, helping images look more realistic and immersive.

Color accuracy is also a major theme for the 130-inch Micro RGB model. Samsung says it supports Micro RGB Precision Color 100 for full BT.2020 wide color gamut coverage, aiming for more lifelike and finely controlled hues. The company also notes that the set has been certified by VDE for precise Micro RGB color reproduction. To help maintain image clarity in real-world rooms, the TV includes Samsung’s Glare Free technology, which reduces reflections so contrast and color stay consistent even in challenging lighting conditions.

On the HDR and audio side, the R95H supports HDR10+ ADVANCED and Eclipsa Audio. Samsung is also bundling in an updated Vision AI Companion experience, which is meant to add conversational search, proactive recommendations, and access to a variety of AI-driven features and apps. Samsung specifically highlights tools and services such as AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.

Beyond the massive Micro RGB flagship, Samsung is expanding its OLED offerings for 2026 with designs focused on both aesthetics and performance. One of the new models is the UltraThin OLED S95H, featuring a zero-gap mount for a more seamless, flush-to-the-wall look with a cleaner presentation.

Samsung also says its latest TV lineup runs on TizenOS, with up to seven years of upgrades on supported models—an important detail for buyers who want their smart TV software, features, and app support to stay current longer.

For gamers and smaller-screen OLED fans, Samsung is introducing what it calls its most advanced 48-inch OLED TV, also under the S95H name. Samsung claims this model delivers the brightest OLED experience in a 48-inch size and is tuned for richer gaming performance, featuring a class-leading 165Hz variable refresh rate. It also includes built-in Dolby Atmos along with Object Tracking sound for more immersive audio that better matches on-screen action.

Samsung additionally revealed a 77-inch TV that can reach a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, signaling a continued push toward brighter, more punchy high dynamic range performance on larger premium displays.

Alongside its 2026 televisions, Samsung also previewed its next-generation Odyssey monitor lineup aimed at gamers, including new QD-OLED designs and ultra-fast OLED options reaching up to 500Hz refresh rates.
