Xiaomi’s Redmi Turbo lineup could be preparing for a major size upgrade with its next-generation model. Fresh details circulating online suggest that the rumored Redmi Turbo 6 Max may arrive with an unusually large display, making it one of the biggest performance-focused smartphones in its class.
According to a new leak from Digital Chat Station, an upcoming Redmi Turbo device is being tested with a 7-inch flat screen and a sharp 2K resolution. While the post does not directly name the phone, early speculation points to the device being the Redmi Turbo 6 Max, the expected successor to the Redmi Turbo 5 Max.
If accurate, this would mark a noticeable increase in screen size. The Redmi Turbo 5 Max already features a large 6.83-inch display, but moving to a full 7-inch panel would push the next model closer to the territory usually associated with compact tablets.
