PeakDo LinkPower Pod 1 Launches as a Portable Starlink Mini Power Bank With Tripod Support
PeakDo has introduced the LinkPower Pod 1, a new high-capacity portable power bank designed for the Starlink Mini. Unlike the company’s earlier LinkPower battery packs, this model adopts a compact cylindrical design that makes it easier to carry, mount, and use outdoors.
The LinkPower Pod 1 is built for users who need reliable power away from a wall outlet, whether for satellite internet, cameras, mobile devices, or outdoor work setups. Its standout feature is an integrated kickstand-style tripod that can help prop up the Starlink Mini, making it a practical option for camping, road trips, remote work, field photography, and emergency connectivity.
One of the most useful additions is its stackable design. Users can connect two LinkPower Pod 1 units together to extend runtime, which is especially helpful for longer outdoor sessions. It can also be connected to other LinkPower battery packs for additional power, though a DC to USB-C cable is required for that setup.
PeakDo has also included camera-friendly accessories with the LinkPower Pod 1. The power bank comes with a ball head accessory and a 1/4-inch screw mount, allowing it to attach to a camera or tripod. This makes it useful not only as a Starlink Mini battery pack but also as a portable power solution for creators shooting outdoors. It can help keep cameras powered during long recording sessions, timelapses, livestreams, or remote production work.
Beyond Starlink Mini and cameras, the LinkPower Pod 1 can charge a wide range of USB-powered devices, including smartphones, tablets, handheld gaming devices, and laptops. It is designed to be travel-friendly, with PeakDo stating that it is safe to take on flights. The device also carries an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, giving it added durability for outdoor environments.
The power bank features a 1.47-inch display that shows key information at a glance. Users can check estimated battery charge, remaining runtime, DC and USB-C power output, and connection status for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Amazon Cloud.
In terms of capacity, the LinkPower Pod 1 offers a 99Wh battery, equivalent to 27,500mAh. PeakDo claims this can provide more than 4.5 hours of use, depending on the connected device and power demand. Both the DC port and USB-C port support up to 65W output. The USB-C port is also bi-directional, meaning it can recharge the power bank at up to 100W for faster top-ups.
The PeakDo LinkPower Pod 1 is available now through the company’s official store. The standard price is $199, but an early bird promotion lowers the cost to $169 for one unit or $299 for a two-pack. Buyers who choose the two-pack also receive a free DC to USB cable. Each unit includes a carrying case and accessories for mounting it to a camera tripod.
With its portable cylindrical build, integrated tripod, stackable battery design, and support for multiple devices, the LinkPower Pod 1 positions itself as more than just a Starlink Mini power bank. It is a versatile outdoor power solution for travelers, remote workers, photographers, and anyone who needs dependable portable energy on the go.
