Oppo’s latest flagship duo is official, and this time they’re headed for a global release. The Find X9 series doubles down on two things buyers care about most: pro-grade cameras and battery life that doesn’t quit. With giant 7,000+ mAh batteries tucked into slender frames and an imaging system co-developed with Hasselblad, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro look built to go the distance.
At the heart of the lineup is the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500, a powerhouse designed to rival today’s top-tier mobile chipsets. Paired with ColorOS 16 and its AI-driven photo processing, the phones emphasize computational photography, speed, and efficiency.
Both models keep the footprint tight with 1.15 mm uniform bezels and vivid displays. The Find X9 Pro features a 6.78-inch panel at 2772 × 1272 resolution, delivering around 450 PPI. While it’s not a 2K screen, the 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate, wide P3 color gamut, and serious brightness—up to 1,800 nits typical and 3,600 nits peak—make it shine in real-world use. The choice of a 1.5K-class resolution also helps extend battery life, a theme that runs throughout the series.
Battery tech is where Oppo makes its boldest statement. Thanks to silicon‑carbon chemistry, the Find X9 Pro packs a 7,500 mAh cell into an 8.25 mm body, a feat that would have sounded impossible not long ago. Oppo says both phones can comfortably stretch to two days of average use. The standard Find X9 still comes well equipped with a 7,025 mAh battery, prioritizing longevity without adding bulk.
Cameras are equally ambitious. The Find X9 Pro’s telephoto system uses a 200 MP Samsung sensor and has been tuned alongside Hasselblad to anchor a new Master Camera System. Oppo’s Lumo image engine orchestrates the hardware and algorithms for color accuracy, detail, and dynamic range. Key imaging specs include:
– 50 MP main camera, f/1.5, 23 mm equivalent, seven-element lens, four-axis OIS
– 50 MP ultrawide, f/2.0, 15 mm equivalent, six-element lens, 120-degree field of view
– 200 MP telephoto, f/2.1, 70 mm equivalent (3x optical), six-element lens, four-axis OIS
– 50 MP front camera, f/2.0, 21 mm equivalent, autofocus
– Danxia Color Restoration lens, f/2.4, 21 mm equivalent, three-element design for truer tones
– 4K 120 fps Dolby Vision video capture
The standard Find X9 mirrors much of this formula but swaps in a 50 MP telephoto camera in place of the Pro’s 200 MP unit, helping bring the price down while keeping the essentials intact.
Pricing in China starts at 4,399 yuan (about $617) for the Find X9 with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, while the Find X9 Pro begins at 5,999 yuan (about $840) for 12 GB/256 GB. The Pro also comes in 12 GB/512 GB and 16 GB variants with either 512 GB or a massive 1 TB of storage. A global launch event is slated for October 28, when wider market availability and international pricing will be confirmed.
Color options are clean and modern. The Find X9 Pro will be sold internationally in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal. The Find X9 will be available in Titanium Grey, Space Black, and Velvet Red, with an additional Frost White finish reserved for the Chinese market.
If you’ve been waiting for a camera-first flagship that won’t leave you scrambling for a charger, the Oppo Find X9 series is shaping up to be one of the most compelling long-lasting phones of the year. With an advanced 200 MP telephoto on the Pro, bright and efficient 120 Hz displays, and silicon‑carbon batteries built for multi-day use, these devices are clearly tuned for real-world performance.
