Oppo’s 120W three-port fast charger could be its most versatile SuperVOOC adapter yet
Oppo appears to be preparing a new 120W fast charger that could make life easier for users with multiple devices. A newly spotted listing in China’s Compulsory Certification database reveals an upcoming Oppo charger with three ports, offering more flexibility than the company’s current 120W dual-port model.
The new Oppo 120W charger is expected to feature one USB-A port and two USB-C ports. According to the certification details, each port can reportedly deliver up to 120W when used on its own. That means users may be able to charge a compatible Oppo or OnePlus smartphone at full speed without needing to rely on a single dedicated port.
As expected, the total output changes when more than one device is connected. When two devices are plugged in, the charger can split power in combinations such as 80W + 67W or 80W + 60W. When all three ports are active, the listed output reaches 45W + 45W + 33W. The documents also mention lower multi-port configurations, including 45W + 45W for two devices and 30W + 33W + 33W when all three ports are used.
These different charging profiles may point to separate power modes for USB Power Delivery and Oppo’s SuperVOOC fast-charging standard. Oppo’s existing 120W dual-port charger also offers different output levels depending on the charging protocol being used, so the same approach would not be surprising here.
There is currently no confirmed image of the new three-port Oppo charger. However, it may follow the compact “small square bottle” design used by Oppo’s current 120W dual-port SuperVOOC charger. That design is known for being relatively portable while still delivering high power, making it practical for travel, desk setups, and everyday use.
The charger could also arrive under the OnePlus brand in some markets. Oppo has previously released chargers and power accessories across both Oppo and OnePlus product lines, so a wider launch would make sense, especially for users of OnePlus phones that support high-speed charging.
Pricing has not been confirmed yet. Oppo’s current 120W dual-port charger sells in China for CNY 269, which is roughly $40. Since this new model adds a third port and more flexible power distribution, it will likely cost more than the existing version.
For users who carry multiple devices, such as a smartphone, earbuds, tablet, power bank, or handheld gaming device, a 120W three-port GaN charger could be a very useful accessory. The ability to charge three devices from one compact adapter reduces cable clutter and makes it easier to travel with fewer chargers.
If Oppo launches this charger soon, it could become one of the more attractive options for users looking for a powerful multi-port fast charger with SuperVOOC support, USB-C flexibility, and enough wattage to handle several devices at once.
