Oppo 33W Pocket Charge Power Bank Debuts With 10,000 mAh Capacity and Safer Battery Design
Oppo is getting ready to expand its mobile accessory lineup with a new compact power bank built for everyday charging. The Oppo 33W Pocket Charge Super Flash Charge Power Bank 10000 is set to launch in China on September 22 alongside the Oppo Find X10 series, bringing a slim body, dual charging ports, broad fast-charging support, and improved battery safety features.
The new portable charger packs a 10,000 mAh battery capacity, equivalent to 37 Wh, making it suitable for topping up smartphones, earbuds, tablets, and other USB-powered devices while traveling or commuting. Despite its decent capacity, Oppo has designed the power bank to remain pocket-friendly. It measures 110.6 x 70.6 x 18.1 mm and weighs 204 grams, making it easy to carry in a bag or even a jacket pocket.
For charging, the Oppo 33W Pocket Charge Power Bank includes both USB-C and USB-A ports. When charging a single device, either port can deliver up to 33W output. If both ports are used at the same time, the total combined output is reduced to 20W. This setup should be practical for users who want to charge a phone and another accessory at once, such as wireless earbuds or a smartwatch.
Oppo has also included support for several major charging protocols, making the device more flexible across different brands and products. The supported standards include SUPERVOOC, USB Power Delivery, PPS, Quick Charge, and UFCS. This wider compatibility should help users get faster and more efficient charging across a range of smartphones and gadgets.
One of the more practical design touches is the included short USB-A to USB-C cable. Measuring 0.2 meters, or about 7.9 inches, the cable can also function as a lanyard. This means users have a charging cable ready when needed without having to carry an extra one separately.
Unlike some newer power banks that feature a digital display, Oppo’s model uses four LED indicators to show the remaining battery level. While this is a simpler approach, the power bank adds deeper software integration for users with compatible Oppo and OnePlus phones. Through ColorOS, users can view the power bank’s remaining capacity and battery health directly from their phone, giving them more detailed information than the LED lights alone can provide.
Safety is another major focus of the new power bank. Oppo says the device meets China’s updated 2026 national standard for portable chargers. This newer standard is designed to improve protection against battery-related risks, including overheating, fires, and explosions. With growing demand for safer high-capacity power banks, this could be one of the product’s biggest selling points.
The Oppo 33W Pocket Charge Super Flash Charge Power Bank 10000 will be available in two fresh color options, although the exact names of the colors have not yet been confirmed. Its slim design, 10,000 mAh capacity, fast-charging support, and safety-focused build could make it an appealing option for users looking for a reliable everyday portable charger.
Oppo will officially launch the power bank in China on September 22 together with the Find X10 series. Pricing has not yet been announced, and it remains unclear whether the accessory will be released in global markets.
