OnePlus Watch Lite Debuts With a Blazing 3,000‑Nit AMOLED Screen and Up to 10 Days of Battery Life

OnePlus has just expanded its wearable lineup with the new OnePlus Watch Lite, a smartwatch designed for people who want a bright display, long battery life, and broad fitness tracking without jumping to flagship pricing.

One of the biggest selling points is its AMOLED screen that can reach up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. That’s a major advantage for outdoor visibility, especially when you’re checking stats mid-run, navigating directions, or simply trying to read notifications in harsh sunlight.

Battery life is another area where the OnePlus Watch Lite aims to stand out. OnePlus claims up to 10 days of use, which should make it appealing for users who are tired of nightly charging routines. For everyday wear, that kind of endurance can be a game-changer, particularly if you’re actively tracking workouts and sleep.

Fitness features are clearly central to the Watch Lite. It includes over 100 built-in workout modes, giving users plenty of options whether they’re focused on running, cycling, gym training, or more niche activities. It also comes with dual-band GPS, which generally helps improve positioning accuracy and reliability in areas where GPS signals can be tricky, like dense city streets or tree-covered routes.

Health tracking is also packed in. The OnePlus Watch Lite can monitor key health metrics and even includes skin temperature tracking, which adds another layer to wellness monitoring for users who like to keep a closer eye on recovery, trends, and overall daily readiness.

There is one notable omission, though: NFC payments aren’t included. If tap-to-pay from your wrist is a must-have feature, that missing functionality could be a dealbreaker compared to other smartwatches in the same general price range.

In terms of pricing and availability, the OnePlus Watch Lite is available to order starting today across the Eurozone and the UK, priced at €159 and £159. However, OnePlus is not launching the Watch Lite in some major markets, including India and the United States, which will limit its reach for shoppers outside Europe and the UK.
