NXP Semiconductors has unveiled its financial results for the first quarter of 2025, revealing revenue of $2.84 billion. This marks a 9.3% decrease compared to the same period last year, yet it aligns with the midpoint of the company’s guidance. In a significant leadership change, NXP also announced that President and CEO Kurt Sievers will step down at the end of 2025, with Rafael Sotomayor chosen to succeed him.
