NVIDIA may be preparing a refresh of its GeForce RTX 50 Series lineup, and the biggest upgrade could come in the form of more video memory. After earlier rumors suggested that the RTX 50 Super series had been delayed or possibly canceled, fresh claims now indicate that the upgraded graphics cards are back in development.
According to the latest leak, NVIDIA is reportedly working on GeForce RTX 50 Super models, including a new RTX 5060 variant with 12GB of VRAM. It is still unclear whether this card will launch as the RTX 5060 Super or simply as an updated RTX 5060 model, but the reported memory upgrade would be a major improvement over the current RTX 5060, which comes with 8GB of VRAM.
