MSI Unveils Stunning All-White MPG X870E Edge TI WIFI Motherboard and Premium AM5 ITX Board

MSI is gearing up to introduce two exciting new additions to its lineup of AM5 motherboards, designed to cater to AMD Ryzen enthusiasts looking for both performance and aesthetic appeal. Among the anticipated releases is the all-new MSI MPG X870E Edge Ti WIFI, a striking white motherboard equipped with advanced features, as well as a high-end ITX variant scheduled for future release.

The MPG X870E Edge Ti WIFI is set to impress with its sleek design and high-performance capabilities. Positioned just below MSI’s premium model, the X870E Carbon WIFI, this motherboard boasts a robust VRM solution powered by dual 8-pin connectors. It also sports a pair of large aluminum heatsinks linked by a heat pipe, all in an eye-catching metallic silver finish. The RGB-lit Dragon logo on the IO cover adds an exciting visual touch.

On the memory front, the motherboard supports up to 192 GB of DDR5 RAM across four DIMM slots, promising high speeds for demanding applications. Additional features include a DEBUG LED, a Digital DEBUG LED, and a host of fan and RGB headers. Users will find three full-length PCIe x16 slots, with one offering Gen5 x16 connectivity. The top PCIe slot, alongside the M.2 slots, comes with an EZ release mechanism for added convenience.

Storage options are abundant, with four M.2 slots, all Gen5 compliant, ensuring cutting-edge performance. An auxiliary 8-pin connector can supply extra power to the PCIe slot, preparing it for next-gen GPUs. Connectivity is robust, with a 5 GbE LAN port, multiple USB ports including a 10 Gbps USB Type-C port, dual 40 Gbps USB Type-C ports, and WIFI 7 support. For ease of DIY use, the rear panel features Flash BIOS and Clear CMOS buttons.

MSI’s roadmap reveals that the MPG X870E Edge Ti WIFI is slated for a December launch, offering an excellent choice for those planning to upgrade to an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU. Additionally, enthusiasts interested in ITX setups will be excited to learn about the forthcoming MPG ITX option (X870), expected to hit the market around Q2 2025. With MSI expanding its AMD range to include more ITX options, consumers will enjoy greater diversity and choice.
