Motorola has just dropped a bombshell in the smartphone market with the new Moto G75, making its grand entrance in Europe and the UK before anywhere else. Geared up to take on Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 14, which is still only available in China, the Moto G75 is now ready for a global audience at an unbeatable price of under €300 (around $332).
This sleek device is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and boasts impressive dimensions, measuring 166.09 x 77.24 x 8.34 mm and weighing a comfortable 205 g. If you’re into vegan leather finishes, those models are just slightly bulkier at 8.44 mm thick and weighing 208 g. But whether you go classic or vegan, you’re getting some serious hardware: a 6.78-inch LCD with a sharp 2,388 x 1,080-pixel resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate for smooth navigation, and an eye-popping 1,000 nits of HBM brightness. Power won’t be a problem, thanks to a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 30 W TurboPower wired and 15 W wireless charging.
But that’s not all. The Moto G75 is rugged too, flaunting IP68 and MIL-STD-810H certifications, and sporting Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for that extra layer of durability. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the Sony LYT-600 camera sensor, the same tech found in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14, backed by optically-stabilized shooting. There’s also an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera, an auxiliary sensor, and a 16 MP front-facing camera to round out the stellar suite of photographic tools.
Out of the box, the Moto G75 runs on Android 14, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience. Currently, the smartphone is available in an 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage configuration, which also supports MicroSD card expansion. Pick one up in one of the stylish color options: Aqua Blue, Charcoal Grey, or Succulent Green—all for just €299 (approximately $332) in the European market.
Looking ahead, Motorola has plans to launch the Moto G75 in Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and the Middle East, but exact dates are still under wraps. For now, those in Europe and the UK can get their hands on this feature-packed device and experience firsthand what sets it apart in a crowded market.
