V Publishing and Bad Ridge Games have just announced that their eagerly awaited medieval life simulation RPG, Mirthwood, will experience a slight delay. Originally slated for a September release, the launch has now been postponed until November 6th, exclusively for Windows PC via Steam.
Daron Otis from Bad Ridge Games shared insights into the delay: “We aim for Mirthwood to shine right from the start. As a small, dedicated team, we’ve poured our hearts into crafting a captivating world, but certain areas still need refinement. By extending our development period, we’re focusing on optimizing performance, enhancing localization, and fine-tuning some crucial systems.”
This additional time will allow the team to meticulously polish gameplay mechanics, enhance overall performance, and ensure the game is fully localized for a global audience.
