Lenovo Legion 7a 15ASH11 launches in Europe with Ryzen AI Max+ power and a bright OLED display
Lenovo has expanded availability of its new 15-inch gaming laptop, the Legion 7a 15ASH11, bringing the AMD-powered machine to Europe after its earlier rollout in Australia, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. The launch gives European buyers another premium option in Lenovo’s gaming lineup, arriving alongside the similar Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 in the same region.
For now, availability in North America has not been confirmed, so buyers in the US and Canada will have to wait for Lenovo to share more details.
In the UK, the Lenovo Legion 7a 15ASH11 starts at £2,100. Across the Eurozone, pricing begins between €2,419 and €2,470, depending on the market. The entry configuration includes AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 388 processor, 32 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage.
Lenovo is also offering a more powerful version of the Legion 7a 15ASH11 with the Ryzen AI Max+ 392. This is one of the key differences between the Legion model and the comparable Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11. While both chips use the same Radeon 8060S integrated GPU, the Ryzen AI Max+ 392 delivers a stronger CPU setup with 12 cores and 24 threads. By comparison, the Ryzen AI Max+ 388 comes with 8 cores and 16 threads.
That extra processing power should make the Ryzen AI Max+ 392 version more appealing for users who want stronger performance in demanding workloads such as gaming, content creation, video editing, streaming, and AI-assisted tasks.
Memory options also differ depending on the processor. Configurations with the Ryzen AI Max+ 388 are limited to 32 GB of RAM. The Ryzen AI Max+ 392 model, however, can be configured with up to 64 GB of RAM. This higher memory ceiling is especially important because it allows the Radeon 8060S integrated GPU to use up to 48 GB of allocated VRAM, giving the system more flexibility for graphics-heavy tasks.
Every version of the Lenovo Legion 7a 15ASH11 includes an 84 Wh battery, which should provide a solid foundation for a high-performance gaming laptop. The device also supports 180 W USB Type-C charging, making it more convenient for users who want powerful charging without relying only on a traditional barrel-style power adapter.
Another major highlight is the display. Lenovo equips the Legion 7a 15ASH11 with a 15-inch OLED panel featuring a 165 Hz refresh rate and up to 1,100 nits of brightness. That combination should make the laptop attractive not only for gamers who want smooth visuals, but also for creators and media users who value rich contrast, deep blacks, and strong brightness.
Storage flexibility is another advantage, as the laptop includes dual SSD slots. This gives users the option to expand storage later, which is useful for large game libraries, creative project files, and high-resolution media.
Although the Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 offers similar hardware and is roughly 10% cheaper in a comparable configuration, the Legion 7a 15ASH11 is clearly positioned as the more gaming-focused option. With its high-refresh OLED display, Ryzen AI Max+ processor choices, Radeon 8060S graphics, large memory options, and upgrade-friendly storage, Lenovo’s latest Legion laptop is aimed at users who want a powerful all-rounder with serious performance potential.
The Lenovo Legion 7a 15ASH11 is now available in Europe, but its North American release date remains unknown.
