KLEVV CRAS V RGB PRIME DDR5 Memory Debuts With Up to 8000 MT/s Speeds and Ultra-Low Latency AMD EXPO Support
KLEVV is expanding its DDR5 memory lineup with the launch of the CRAS V RGB PRIME series, a new range of high-performance RAM kits designed for modern gaming PCs, enthusiast desktops, and performance-focused builds. The new memory lineup stands out with support for AMD EXPO ULL, or Ultra Low Latency, while also offering Intel XMP compatibility for users building on either major desktop platform.
The CRAS V RGB PRIME DDR5 series is aimed at gamers and PC builders who want fast speeds, tight timings, and eye-catching RGB lighting in one package. According to the company, the new modules can reach 6000 MT/s at an impressively low CL26 latency, while higher-end configurations are capable of hitting up to 8000 MT/s at CL38.
KLEVV has also confirmed tested operation at 6400 MT/s with CL28-38-38-78 timings, running at 1.4V across supported configurations. That combination of high frequency and reduced latency is designed to improve responsiveness in gaming, multitasking, and demanding desktop workloads.
One of the biggest highlights of the CRAS V RGB PRIME DDR5 lineup is its AMD EXPO ULL support. Standard AMD EXPO profiles already simplify memory tuning for Ryzen-based systems, but EXPO ULL goes a step further by focusing on ultra-low latency optimization. KLEVV claims this can deliver an average gaming performance improvement of around 4% compared with regular AMD EXPO memory kits.
While a 4% performance gain may not sound dramatic on paper, latency-sensitive games can benefit from faster memory response times, especially at high frame rates. For competitive gamers using powerful CPUs and GPUs, even small improvements in frame consistency and system responsiveness can make a noticeable difference.
The new KLEVV CRAS V RGB PRIME DDR5 kits are not limited to AMD systems. They also support Intel XMP, making them suitable for high-end Intel gaming and creator PCs. With both AMD EXPO ULL and Intel XMP compatibility, the memory kits give users more flexibility when choosing or upgrading their platform.
Under the hood, the CRAS V RGB PRIME series uses high-quality memory ICs and a 10-layer PCB designed to improve signal integrity and stability at higher speeds. The modules also feature an integrated PMIC for efficient power management, along with on-die ECC to help detect and correct memory errors internally.
For cooling and design, KLEVV has equipped the modules with an aluminum heat spreader to help manage thermals during high-speed operation. The memory also includes an RGB lighting strip across the top, giving builders a stylish option for showcase gaming rigs. Lighting control is supported through popular motherboard RGB ecosystems, including ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light, and ASRock Polychrome Sync.
The CRAS V RGB PRIME DDR5 lineup will be offered in 6000 MT/s and 6400 MT/s variants, with several capacity options planned. Available kits will include 32 GB with 2 x 16 GB modules, 48 GB with 2 x 24 GB modules, 64 GB with 2 x 32 GB modules, and 128 GB with 2 x 64 GB modules.
This range of capacities should make the series appealing to a wide audience. A 32 GB kit is a strong choice for most gaming PCs, while 48 GB and 64 GB options are ideal for users who game, stream, edit video, or run heavier productivity workloads. The 128 GB kit targets creators, workstation users, and enthusiasts who need large memory pools for demanding applications.
KLEVV says the new CRAS V RGB PRIME DDR5 memory kits will begin shipping in November. Pricing has not yet been announced, but the combination of high frequencies, low latency timings, AMD EXPO ULL support, Intel XMP compatibility, RGB lighting, and multiple capacity options could make this lineup a strong contender in the premium DDR5 memory market.
