Kenwood Glass Core and Glass Core Pro wireless earbuds bring stronger noise cancellation and upgraded sound
Kenwood has introduced its new Glass Core and Glass Core Pro ANC wireless earbuds, designed for listeners who want better isolation, clearer calls, and a more immersive music experience in a compact earbud design.
A key improvement across both models is the use of newly developed liquid silicone eartips. These eartips are made to create a tighter and more comfortable seal inside the ear canal, helping reduce unwanted outside noise before active noise cancellation even begins. A better seal can also improve bass response and overall listening quality, making the earbuds more effective in noisy places such as trains, offices, streets, and cafés.
The standard Kenwood Glass Core model includes active noise cancellation, giving users a quieter listening environment for music, podcasts, and calls. It also features wind noise reduction, which is especially useful when walking outdoors or taking calls in breezy conditions. For voice communication, Kenwood has added AI background noise reduction to help make calls sound clearer by minimizing surrounding distractions.
The Kenwood Glass Core Pro takes things further with the company’s most advanced adaptive ANC technology. This allows the earbuds to better respond to changing environments, automatically adjusting noise cancellation performance depending on the amount and type of surrounding sound. For users who frequently move between different settings, such as public transport, workplaces, and outdoor areas, adaptive ANC can offer a more seamless listening experience.
The Pro model also focuses heavily on sound immersion. It includes Exofield technology, which is designed to recreate the sense of sound coming from room speakers rather than from small earbuds. This helps simulate a wider soundstage, giving music, movies, and other audio a more spacious and natural feel.
Another premium feature in the Glass Core Pro is K2 Technology. This audio enhancement system is designed to improve compressed or low-resolution music by restoring high-frequency details that are often lost during compression. As a result, streamed tracks and lower-quality audio files may sound clearer, richer, and more detailed.
With the Glass Core and Glass Core Pro, Kenwood is targeting users who want wireless earbuds with strong noise cancellation, improved call quality, and enhanced audio processing. The standard Glass Core offers practical ANC features for everyday use, while the Glass Core Pro adds more advanced noise control, spatial audio performance, and sound restoration technology for those who want a more premium listening experience.
