Intel has entered into a strategic partnership with game developer Ubisoft to become the official CPU and GPU partner for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows. This collaboration ensures that gamers will have optimal experiences playing the title on Intel hardware, especially with systems carrying Intel’s 14th Gen Core HX-Series processors and Intel Arc graphics.
The alliance aims to enhance the gaming experience by leveraging Intel’s latest CPUs and GPUs alongside Ubisoft’s rich storytelling. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed franchise is set to receive a significant boost through Intel’s cutting-edge technology, including support for AI-enhanced upscaling with Intel’s XeSS to deliver high performance and image fidelity.
Roger Chandler, the VP and General Manager of Enthusiast and Workstation PC at Intel, expressed excitement over the collaboration, ensuring that whether players are gaming on the move or engaging in long sessions at home, the Intel-powered experience for Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be unparalleled.
As part of the celebration for Intel Gamer Days 2024, Intel is introducing game bundles that include a copy of Assassin’s Creed Shadows with the purchase of select Intel hardware. The event spans from August 6 to September 15, 2024, and features incredible deals and experiences for PC gamers, supported by over 30 Intel partners like Acer, HP, and Lenovo.
Pierre Fortin, Technical Director at Ubisoft Québec, highlighted the mutual efforts to provide players with a highly immersive gaming adventure powered by the synergy of Intel Core processors and Intel Arc graphics.
These offers are valid for consumers buying Intel’s 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen Core processors as well as systems with Arc A-series GPU technology, including certain laptops. Purchasers can redeem their copy of Assassin’s Creed Shadows following certain timelines for buying, claim submission, and offer redemption, with final redemptions due by November 30, 2024.
Starting from August 24th, Intel Gamer Days will give gamers the chance to claim a free copy of Assassin’s Creed Shadows with the purchase of systems featuring eligible Intel Core processors or Arc graphics cards. The promotion extends to a wide array of gaming laptops from leading brands such as Dell Alienware, Lenovo Legion, HP Omen, Acer Predator, ASUS ROG, MSI, and Razer, all equipped with Intel’s robust gaming processors. It also covers purchases of Arc A5 and A7 series discrete graphics cards. To obtain their complimentary digital game copy, customers must make their qualifying purchases within the specified promotional window and redeem the offer before the end of November 2024.
