ACEMAGIC has made waves in the tech industry with its newly introduced Z1A laptop during the renowned Computex event. The Z1A is a dual-screen laptop that stands out with its unique design and foldable screens, catering to the needs of users who cherish multitasking capabilities and portability in their computing devices.
Power-Packed Performance Meets Versatility
The ACEMAGIC Z1A commands attention with its performance specifications. Customers can choose between two Intel Alder Lake CPU options: Core i7-1265U or Core i7-1255U, both supported by Intel’s Xe integrated graphics. For memory, the device is equipped with LPDDR4 at a speed of 3200 MT/s. To cater to storage needs, it incorporates dual M.2 2280 slots.
Connectivity is another strong suit of the Z1A, with a suite of I/O options including WIFI6 and Bluetooth 5.2 support, USB 3.0, and HDMI 2.0 Type-C ports, alongside a standard Type-C USB 3.0 port. Additional features include two 2W speakers and a 4000 mAh battery pack, ensuring a rich multimedia experience and decent power on the go.
A Design that Captivates
The design of the Z1A is truly innovative. It may resemble a standard laptop in its closed state, but upon closer inspection, it reveals two 14.1-inch screens connected via a robust metallic hinge. Both displays are IPS panels, boasting a 1920×1200 resolution with a conventional 16:9 aspect ratio, and together they create a substantial workstation. The device’s dimensions are sizable yet manageable, measuring at 332x222x21mm.
One of the highlights of the Z1A’s design is its flexibility. The dual screens can be extended horizontally for enhanced multi-screen productivity. Furthermore, the second screen is capable of rotating to the back of the primary display — a clever feature for demonstrating presentations while still maintaining privacy on the primary screen.
Companion Mini PCs: M1A “TANK” and Starship-Designed M2a
ACEMAGIC also revealed two powerful mini PCs. The M1A, affectionately dubbed “TANK,” offers users high performance in a compact size, coming in options of Core i9-12900H or i7-12700H CPUs, and a choice of RTX GPUs including the 3050M, 3060M, and 3070M. The motherboard accommodates four SO-DIMM RAM modules and dual M.2 SSD slots. The range of ports is extensive with six USB 3.2 inputs, two HDMI 2.0 outputs, USB 3.2 Type-C port, and two LAN ports. The TANK is versatile with support for both Windows 11 and Ubuntu OS, measuring 166.7×166.9×160.9mm, and is powered by a 19V/12A adapter.
The future-ready M2A Mini PC exemplifies not just power but aesthetic allure with its starship design. Owners can select between Core i9-12900H and Core i7-12700H CPU configurations, with support for two DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM modules and two M.2 SSDs, similar to M1A’s connectivity features. The M2A additionally sports a front-facing LED that displays vital system stats. With a size of 315x255x198mm, this Mini PC is expected to hit the market by the fourth quarter of 2024.
Both of these novel mini PCs, alongside the inventive Z1A dual-screen laptop, showcase ACEMAGIC’s commitment to designing versatile, high-performance computing solutions that appeal to a wide range of users, from power users to creative professionals who value both portability and power.
This unveiling has certainly set a new bar for laptops and PCs alike—combining cutting-edge technology with innovative design to create multi-functional devices that cater to the evolving needs of today’s digital world.
