Inazuma Eleven: Cross release date confirmed for iOS and Android in Japan

Level-5 and developer Aiming have officially announced the release date for Inazuma Eleven: Cross, the newest mobile game in the beloved soccer anime franchise. The game is scheduled to launch in Japan on June 9, 2026, for iOS and Android devices.

Players in Japan can already pre-register through the App Store and Google Play ahead of launch. With the series known for combining high-energy soccer action, anime-style storytelling, and memorable characters, Inazuma Eleven: Cross is shaping up to be a major release for longtime fans of the franchise.

To celebrate the upcoming launch, Level-5 also revealed the Japan National Team 2026 Project. This special in-game campaign includes newly drawn commemorative artwork and introduces fan-favorite characters Mark Evans, known in Japan as Mamoru Endo, and Jude Sharp, known as Yuto Kido, wearing Japan national team uniforms.

The addition of these iconic characters is likely to excite fans who have followed the series since its earlier entries. Mark Evans remains one of the most recognizable faces of Inazuma Eleven, while Jude Sharp continues to be a standout character thanks to his tactical style and strong presence on the field.

Inazuma Eleven: Cross will arrive as the latest step in the franchise’s continued expansion on mobile platforms. While the game is currently confirmed for Japan, there has not yet been an announcement regarding an international release.

With its June 2026 launch date now set, Inazuma Eleven: Cross is expected to attract both returning fans and new players looking for a soccer game with anime flair, team-building elements, and a cast packed with familiar favorites.
